This website has two types of pages: pages for public access, and private pages only for viewers possessing a member’s card.
Viewers can login to the member page by typing in the ID and password written on the member’s card given to all visitors of RiSuPia who used a “discovery scope”.
Member IDs are valid for 6 months since your first visit to RiSuPia, and the expiration date will be extended to 6 months after every login. If you do not login for 6 months, your ID and password will expire and you will no longer be able to login.

What operating enviroment does the RiSuPia website require?

Panasonic tests the RiSuPia website under the conditions listed below. Please note, however, that depending on your browser settings, the online security software you use and your anti-virus settings, you may have difficulty accessing the website or installing FlashPlayer.

Monitor resolution: 1024 * 768 or better
Specifications for viewing PC: Processor speed equivalent to Pentium III 800MHz or faster, 256MB of memory
Operating system: Windows98SE/Me/XP, MacO9, Mac0SX10.3.9
Recommended browsers: Windows Internet Explorer 5.5
Required version of FlashPlayer: General site: FlashPlayer 7
Member site: FlashPlayer8

[How to install]
If your computer is in its default settings, the version of the currently installed Flash Player will be checked automatically when you access the RiSuPia website. If the necessary version is not installed, the window below showing Adobe’s free download page will appear.

[Reference for Windows]
On Adobe’s page for downloading the latest version of Flash Player, click the button “Download Now”. Then follow the procedure on the next page to complete the installation.






[Reference for Macintosh]
  1. After downloading, an installer icon will appear on your desktop, so double-click it.


  2. When the installer is running, click "Continue".



  3. A message will show saying that you need to close all browsers to continue the installation, so close all browsers if any are open. Then click "Install".



    If a browser is still open, the following message will appear. Close all browsers that are open.


  4. The “Installing” screen will be shown.



  5. Installation is completed when the dialog below appears.
